Can I manage more than one eBay store in the same BinFlip account?
Yes. Connect two, three, or more eBay stores and manage them together in one BinFlip account, including during the free trial. Keep your listings, inventory, sales, storage, and profit connected across stores. There is no extra account fee for each store and no need for a separate BinFlip subscription per store.

How is pricing calculated when I have multiple eBay stores?
We add up the active eBay listings across all your connected stores. That combined listing count determines your plan—not how many stores you connect or how much you sell. For example, 300 active listings in one store and 700 in another count as 1,000 active listings under one BinFlip subscription. A listing in each of two stores counts as two listings, even if both refer to the same inventory item. Sold products do not count toward your plan size.
Can a larger seller arrange a personal onboarding meeting first?
Absolutely. You can always email support@binflip.com to arrange a personal onboarding meeting before deciding. If you have a larger catalog, multiple eBay stores, or a migration to plan, we can talk through your workflow, listing volume, and questions together so you can decide whether BinFlip is the right fit.

Do higher-priced BinFlip plans unlock more features?
No. Every paid BinFlip plan includes the same features. The only difference is how many active eBay listings you can manage across your connected accounts. Multiple stores, real-time sync, listing copies, automation, inventory, and reports are included on every paid plan.
Does selling more increase my BinFlip bill?
No. BinFlip pricing is based only on active eBay listing count, not sales, revenue, or the number of connected stores. Sold products do not count toward your plan size. We charge no BinFlip sales commission or per-sale fee. We want you to sell more and keep more of what you earn. eBay’s own fees still apply.
Are there usage limits or extra charges for AI description improvements and spell-check?
Currently, AI description improvements and spell-check are included with no monthly usage cap or extra AI charge. Short-term request limits still apply to keep the service available. AI technology and provider pricing change quickly, so we’ll work hard to keep these tools affordable and included whenever possible. If separate AI charges become necessary, our aim is to offer them at cost. Fair-use limits may apply or be introduced as needed, and we’ll communicate changes before they take effect.
Who built BinFlip, and how do you keep pricing affordable?
BinFlip is built by Sophie Kruijt, Founder & CTO of BinFlip LLC, with extensive software engineering and cloud experience. We focus on efficient software and cloud infrastructure, avoid unnecessary operating costs, and pass those savings on through affordable pricing. Sellers get the same features on every paid plan; higher prices buy more active eBay listing capacity.
Does affordable pricing mean compromising on security?
No. User security is a core requirement, not a place to cut costs. We only connect selling platforms through official APIs that we are authorized to use. Using eBay’s official APIs helps us build efficient, direct integrations and keep operating costs—and your price—low. We would love to support more marketplaces, but we will wait for official access rather than use unofficial workarounds. We want to earn your complete trust through responsible integrations, careful engineering, and clear communication.
Can each eBay store have different policies?
Yes. Create your shipping, return, and payment policies directly in each eBay store first. Once created, they appear automatically in BinFlip, where you can select them for listings and save your default selections for each store. BinFlip references those existing policies; it does not create or edit the policies themselves. Shipping policies can include many services, delivery options, and regional exclusions. We intentionally leave policy creation and editing in eBay so you can review all those options and keep the policies exactly as you intend. We create our own stores’ policies this way too.

Does BinFlip support crossposting to other selling platforms?
Not currently. BinFlip supports multiple eBay stores, and we would love to add more selling platforms. We only build marketplace integrations using official APIs with authorized access. If a platform does not offer an official API, or access is not available to us, we do not connect through unofficial methods. Protecting your account and earning your trust come first.
Why does BinFlip not integrate with Depop yet?
Depop has indicated to us that it is currently at capacity for new official API integrations. Depop does have an official partner API, but access requires approval. We would love to support it when authorized access becomes available to BinFlip. We will not bypass that process with unofficial integrations.

Will you respond to customer requests and feature ideas?
Yes. We aim to respond promptly to customer questions and requests. Every reasonable request receives serious consideration, and seller feedback helps shape BinFlip’s improvements. We cannot promise to build every suggestion, but we will consider how it could make the product better for sellers.

Your expertise. Your inventory. Your call.
Built by resellers for niche experts and collection sellers. BinFlip helps you create eBay listings with less retyping, useful descriptions, and complete item specifics. Optional AI assistance supports your knowledge; you review suggestions before publishing. Read our vision for expert eBay sellers.
How does BinFlip use AI to make eBay listing creation easier?
BinFlip uses optional AI assistance to reduce the work of creating eBay listings. Spell-check corrects spelling and grammar in your existing description. Write description turns your title, condition notes, and item specifics into a useful buyer-facing description with relevant item keywords, and includes every filled specific in an Item specifics section. An experimental photo-to-draft helper can suggest visible item details from a photo and start a BinFlip draft for you to review. You can edit suggestions, check the item facts, and choose the price, category, and condition before publishing. These tools work alongside your inventory, storage locations, connected eBay stores, and profit tracking, so less retyping means more time for your selling business.
