Record sales from other platforms
Manually enter sales from Depop, Vinted, Mercari, local pickups, and more. Keep revenue, costs, and fulfillment together.
Choose where the item sold
Open New Sale and choose eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Depop, Vinted, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, Grailed, OfferUp, Whatnot, In-person, or Other. eBay is selected by default.
These are manual sales records. Entering a sale from another platform does not connect that marketplace, import its orders, or publish a listing there. Connected eBay accounts capture new sales automatically; check for an imported sale before adding it again.
Add the sale details
Set the sale date, enter what the buyer paid, and add the items sold. Link inventory items when available so the sale stays connected to your stock and costs. Add sale-related expenses such as fees as needed.
Save the sale to keep its platform and details in your sales records. You can open it later to review or edit it.
Track shipping or in-person pickup
For shipped orders, add a tracking number if available and mark the sale shipped. For an In-person sale, use Mark picked up after handing over the item. Until then, its status is Awaiting pickup.
Changes in the New Sale or edit form are saved with the form. The completion checkbox in the sales list saves immediately. You can correct the completion status by editing the sale.
